The scaffold designs and documentation provided by ScaffSketch Global Pty Ltd are prepared based solely on the information, drawings, and specifications supplied by the client at the time of submission. ScaffSketch accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or design failures arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or subsequently modified client-supplied data.
All designs are prepared for review and approval by a suitably qualified and licensed engineer in the country of use. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that designs are reviewed, stamped, and approved by a Responsible Engineer prior to any construction or installation activity.
ScaffSketch Global Pty Ltd expressly disclaims all liability for any costs, claims, damages, losses, legal proceedings, or compensation arising from or connected to scaffold collapse, structural failure, or inadequately constructed scaffold, including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability, or death of any person, whether arising from negligence, misuse, deviation from approved designs, improper installation, or any site condition not disclosed at the time of submission.
ScaffSketch Global Pty Ltd makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any design for a specific site condition, regulatory environment, or load scenario not explicitly defined in the submission. The client assumes full responsibility for on-site implementation, compliance with local codes and standards, and all workplace health and safety obligations.
ScaffSketch Global Pty Ltd expressly excludes liability for any consequential, indirect, or economic loss of any kind, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of contract, business interruption, or increased costs of construction, arising from any defect, delay, or failure in the design documentation provided.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorized to engage ScaffSketch Global Pty Ltd on behalf of the company or entity named in this submission, and that I accept the above conditions without reservation.
